Hello fellow llama exhibitors!
Welcome to the Festive Fall Classic! We are pleased that you have chosen to spend your fall weekend with us and we are planning an exciting, and most of all FUN time.
A few things about our little show:

FACILITY
We couldn’t have found a nicer facility than the Champions Center. There are several food booths —one near the stalls, so it’s easy to grab a bite while unloading your animals and one near the front. Both will be open during move-in and the show. Bathrooms are located near the stalls and a bathroom with showers is located at the front of the building. If your llamas need a bath, washstands are located throughout the stall area. Hotels are located at the intersection of I-70 west and State Route 72, just west of the center. Many have a Champion’s Center rate. Check the Champions Center web site for hotels.

BEDDING
The Champions Center does NOT permit straw bedding. While mulch is their preferred choice, we have arranged for the sale of wooden pellets here at the center or you can bring your own. Of course, stall mats are always OK.

DINNER TICKETS
There will be a buffet style dinner served Saturday night as part of the FUN, along with a cash bar.  We are planning other fun events for Saturday night, so be sure to get your tickets early!

CAMPING
Camping is available on the fairgrounds at a cost of $25 per night. Thirty (30) amp URD service is available and there is a common water supply in grouping of campers.  There is also a dump station on the grounds. No animals are permitted in campgrounds.

VENDORS
Vendors of all things camelid are welcome!  The fee is $50 per day. Please bring all of your own equipment, such as tables or chairs. There will be electricity available.

SPONSORSHIP
We couldn’t put on a show without sponsors.  Please consider one of our sponsorship levels:

Platinum: $750. Platinum sponsors receive a full page ad in the show book, your promotional material in the exhibitor packet, premium stall location, and decoration of THREE tables at Saturday’s dinner.

Gold: $500. Gold sponsors receive half page ad in the show book, your promotional material in the exhibitor’s packet, excellent stall locations, and decoration of TWO tables at Saturday’s dinner.

Silver sponsors: $250. Silver level sponsors receive a quarter page ad in the show book, good stall location and decoration of ONE table at Saturday’s dinner.

Bronze sponsors: $100. Receive a 1/8th page ad in the show book and good stall locations.

Championship sponsors: Sponsor a championship class for $50, get a business-card ad in the show book and your farm name announced with the champion.

Note: All camera-ready advertising and promotional material MUST be received NO LATER THAN 30 DAYS before the show deadline.
